I have lost my Log Book, do I need it?

No you don't need a log book, however, you do need to keep a record of all your servicing to establish you have maintained your servicing requirements.

Do you provide Digital reports for the work you have done? or a digital report of what's wrong with my car?

Yes, we can provide a Digital copy of your printed itemised invoice upon request which will also state any issues we have found during service.

How long will the service take?

How can I pay for my Service?

You can pay for your servicing by Cash or Card and we also accept bank transfer by prior arrangement.

When are you Open?

Our Mudgeeraba workshop is open Mon - Thurs 7am - 4.30pm and Friday 7am to 4pm. We are closed on weekends.

What is the earliest time I can bring my car in?

We are open at 7am for your convenience so you can drop off your car early.

Can I drop off my car after hours?

Yes you can drop off your car after hours in the carpark across the road.

Is there a secure key drop off box after hours?

We have a secure key drop off at our front gate. Please call us for more details.

Can I collect my car after hours?

Yes, by prior arrangement. Discuss with us at time of booking.

Can you pick up my car from home?

Normally no, however please discuss your situation with us.

Can you drop me home when I deliver my car for servicing or repair?

Yes, within our local area and by prior arrangement.

What happens if something is not right after my car service?

We take great pride in our work, but if something doesn't seem quite right notify us and return the vehicle as soon as possible. You also have the added assurance of our REPCO Nationwide Warranty if you find yourself out of town.

Will you give me reminders when my next sercive is due?

Your service reminders are written on the Service reminder sticker which is attached to your windscreen.

Can my car be serviced at the same time it is repaired?

Yes we can arrange to service your vehicle if it is in for repairs, just let us know at time of booking.

How do I book in a Service?

To book a service with Mudgeeraba Automotive Services you can book online, call us between 7am and 4pm or visit our Mudgeeraba workshop in person.

How often should I really service my car?

We recommend every 6 months for car servicing.

I don't drive much, do I still need a service?

Yes, all vehicles need regular servicing as parts will perish over time.

Can you fix other things while my car is being serviced?

If we find issues during your service, we will discuss this with you and upon approval we can fix most issues same day.

What type of oils and parts do you use?

We use good quality Penrite oils and good quality parts.

Do you check my brakes during a service?

Checking your brakes is always part of your service.
